Warranty

All products sold by Applied Nutritional Research are sold with our promise of complete satisfaction. If , for any reason, you are not happy with our products, you may return them within 60 days of the purchase price for a full refund of the product purchase price. Simply contact us at: Support@ANRteam.com or 720-379-5823 for a return authorization number. Then mail the product or the empty container back to us along with the return authorization number and we will happily refund your purchase price.


Limitation of Liability
ANR Health shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if ANR Health has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


Typographical Errors
In the event that a ANR Health product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, ANR Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ANR Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ANR Health shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by ANR Health without notice at any time, for any reason. Return Policy
All of our products are guaranteed for 60 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will issue you a prompt and hassle-free refund, no questions asked.
